House cleaning is priced on the property and how often you want us. A three bedroom house every fortnight is a different job to a one-off deep clean, so we talk it through first and then give you one price per visit.

No. Plenty of our customers are at work when we come. We can be given a key or let in by a family member, whatever you are comfortable with.
Yes, we come with everything we need. If you would rather we used your products, on a stone worktop for example, just leave them out and tell us.
Yes. Some customers want us every week, others want one deep clean before family come to stay. Both are fine.
Yes, that is how we like to work. We are a small family team, so you see the same faces rather than a different person each visit.
Yes. We hold public liability insurance and we are DBS checked and COSHH trained, and we are happy to show you the details before we start.
Just let us know as early as you can and we will move it. There is no contract holding you to a set number of cleans.
