Alongside the cleaning we can help with light household jobs such as laundry, changing beds, ironing, or tidying and sorting. Tell us what would help most and we will build the visit around it.
No. We are cleaners, not a care provider, so we do not help with washing, dressing, medication or anything personal. We keep the house in order, which is often the part people want a hand with.
Yes. Everyone who comes into a customer home is DBS checked, and we are COSHH trained and fully insured. You are welcome to see the details before we start.
Yes wherever we can. We are a small family run team and we know how much it matters to see a familiar face rather than somebody different every week.
Yes, that is how a lot of these visits get set up. Ring us and we will talk it through with you, and we are happy to keep you updated.
Whatever suits. Some customers want us weekly, others fortnightly or monthly. There is no contract, so it can change if the need changes.
