Deposit ready cleans for tenants, landlords and letting agents across Nailsea and the villages around us.
Every end of tenancy job is priced on the property, not on a list. The size, how many bathrooms, and the state it has been left in all change how long it takes, so we look at those first and then give you one price for the whole clean.
An end of tenancy clean is not a tidy up. We work through the property room by room so it stands up to an inspection by a landlord or a letting agent.
Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and when the tenancy ends.
One straight price for the whole clean, given before we start.
Kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, inside cupboards, skirtings and floors.
Left in a state the inspection can be signed off on.
Yes. This is the deep clean at the end of a tenancy, done to the standard a landlord or letting agent inspects to. It covers the whole property, not just the rooms that look worst.
Yes. Appliances are part of the job. Oven, hob and extractor, and inside the fridge and freezer if they have been emptied out for us.
It is much better if it is. Furniture and boxes still in the rooms get in the way and we cannot clean underneath them properly, so tell us in advance if anything is staying.
Tell us when you get in touch and we will let you know what we can do on the day and what it adds to the price.
Ring us as soon as you know your end date. End of the month is our busiest time, so the earlier you book the more likely you get the day you want.
Yes. A lot of our end of tenancy work is turning properties around between lets, and we can pick keys up and drop them back if that is easier.
