Leigh Woods is a short run from us, just across from the Clifton Suspension Bridge, and the houses here are mostly large Victorian villas along North Road, Burlington Road and Church Road, with the National Trust woodland behind them.
These are proper old houses: three or four floors, high ceilings, tall sash windows, deep skirtings and a lot of original flooring. They take time, and they take the right products. We would rather tell you honestly that a house needs four hours than turn up for two and leave the top floor untouched.
Parking is on street here and can be tight, which we plan around rather than complain about. Regular cleans, deep cleans before family visits, and end of tenancy work on the rented villas are all normal jobs for us in Leigh Woods.
